Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered on the t5777 platform, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting markets, slot games, crash games, and all promotional offers. They apply to all registered users of the platform, regardless of the device used to access t5777.

t5777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any modifications.

2. Account Registration and Security

Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering a t5777 account. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held at the time of closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

t5777 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment rules set out below apply to all registered players without exception.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. t5777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return funds to their source if a third-party payment is detected.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. t5777 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Diamond-tier VIP players are eligible for same-day processing on qualifying withdrawal amounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• t5777 may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal. Players who have an active bonus balance with outstanding wagering requirements must complete those requirements before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• t5777 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or limits. Players are responsible for checking with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

In cases where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected, t5777 reserves the right to freeze account funds, suspend withdrawal processing, and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

t5777 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this clause and any additional terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Using bonus funds to systematically exploit wagering requirements, including through low-risk betting strategies designed to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including by opening multiple accounts — will be treated as bonus abuse.
• t5777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Promotional offers may have expiry dates, after which unclaimed bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without completing the applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds do not carry a cash value and cannot be exchanged outside the terms of the promotion.
• VIP loyalty points are awarded at rates determined by t5777 and are subject to change. Points have no cash value until redeemed under the VIP programme rules. t5777 may adjust VIP tier thresholds and redemption rates at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on t5777 are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) software or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming, among others. t5777 does not develop its own games and is not responsible for the underlying game mechanics, which are governed by the respective studio's own certification and testing processes.

• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, t5777 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player.
• Sports betting odds and markets are set by t5777 and may be suspended or removed at any time prior to the commencement of an event. Bets placed on suspended or cancelled markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that gives a player an unfair mechanical advantage over the normal play environment is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or engage in any other form of cheating constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will be met with immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the t5777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering an account using false, incomplete, or fraudulent personal information, including impersonating another person.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or unauthorised use of another person's payment accounts.
• Using the t5777 platform to launder money or engage in any transaction that facilitates money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts with the intention of circumventing account limits, bonus restrictions, or prior suspension decisions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward t5777 staff or other platform users, including through support channels.
• Attempting to access, test, or exploit any security vulnerability, software bug, or system weakness in the t5777 platform, whether for personal gain or otherwise.

t5777 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a player's conduct constitutes prohibited conduct. Such determination is final and not subject to appeal beyond the internal dispute resolution process described in the Contact section of these Terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

t5777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be viewed as a method of generating income or recovering prior losses. If you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, t5777 provides the following tools directly from your account settings: deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, t5777 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform during the exclusion period. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to re-register under a new identity. Doing so is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the t5777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content displayed within the platform interface — is the property of t5777 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any content from the t5777 platform without prior written authorisation from t5777.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t5777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical malfunction, connectivity issues, or reliance on information displayed on the platform. t5777's total liability to any player in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

t5777 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. t5777 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

10. Amendments to These Terms

t5777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, t5777 will provide notice to registered players via the platform or by email where an address is held on file. The effective date of any amendment will be stated on this page.

Your continued use of t5777 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting t5777 support.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
